摘要
随着全球可持续发展理念的深入推进,供应链管理的绿色转型已成为企业提升竞争力和履行社会责任的重要策略。文章立足供应链管理与可持续发展的理论基础,探讨绿色转型的驱动因素和面临的挑战,并提出具体的实施路径,包括绿色采购、生产流程优化、产品生命周期管理,以及绿色信息技术的应用。同时,通过分析成功实施绿色转型的企业案例,总结实践中的经验与教训,以期为其他企业的绿色转型提供有效参考。研究表明,绿色供应链管理不仅有助于环境保护,还能促进经济效益和社会价值的提升。
With the deepening of the concept of global sustainable development,green transformation in supply chain management has become an important strategy for enterprises to enhance competitiveness and fulfill social responsibilities.This paper is based on the theoretical foundations of supply chain management and sustainable development to explore the driving factors and challenges of green transformation,and proposes specific implementation paths,including green procurement,production process optimization,product lifecycle management,an d the application of gr een information technology.Meanwhile,by analyzing successful cases of enterprises implementing green transformation,this paper summarizes the experience and lessons learned in practice,aiming at providing reference for the green transformation of other enterprises.Research has shown that green supply chain management not only contributes to environmental protection,but also promotes the enhancement of economic benefits and social values.
