文章聚焦于纺织业零碳供应链网络优化模型的构建,旨在应对全球气候变化背景下纺织业高碳排放的严峻挑战。研究指出,纺织业供应链碳排放占全球总量的10%,主要源于原材料采集、生产加工及物流运输等环节。通过整合生命周期评估、碳足迹计算及多目标优化模型,提出零碳供应链网络优化框架,强调在保证效率与成本效益的同时实现最小化碳排放。技术创新策略包括可再生能源应用、智能物流系统应用及绿色材料使用。案例分析表明,H&M的能源效率计划与Zara的敏捷供应链模式可分别减少能耗与运输碳排放20%~30%。研究为纺织业实现零碳转型提供了理论模型与实践路径,并强调须结合碳交易机制与政策激励提升实施效果。
This article focuses on the construction of a zero carbon supply chain network optimization model for the textile industry,aiming to address the severe challenge of high carbon emissions in the textile industry under the background of global climate change.Research has shown that the carbon emissions from the textile industry supply chain account for 10%of the global total,mainly due to links such as raw material collection,production and processing,and logistics transportation.By integrating life cycle assessment,carbon footprint calculation,and multi-objective optimization models,a zero carbon supply chain network optimization framework is proposed,emphasizing the minimization of carbon emissions while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Technological innovation strategies include the application of renewable energy,the optimization of intelligent logistics systems,and the use of green materials.Case analysis shows that H&M’s energy efficiency plan and Zara’s agile supply chain model can reduce energy consumption and transportation carbon emissions by 20%-30%,respectively.The research provides a theoretical model and practical path for the textile industry to achieve zero carbon transformation,and emphasizes the need to combine carbon trading mechanisms and policy incentives to strengthen implementation effectiveness.
