摘要
在全球金融风险背景下,中小纺织企业面临需求下降、订单不足、资金链断裂、原材料价格上涨及劳动力成本上升等多重挑战。然而,政府政策的扶持以及企业自身实力的提升也为企业带来了新的发展机遇。文章基于对中小纺织企业在当前环境下所面临挑战与机遇的深入分析提出优化产业结构、创新融资渠道和重视企业管理等策略,采取产品升级、产业布局调整、争取金融支持、探索多元化融资方式、加强成本控制及培养专业人才等措施,提升中小纺织企业的市场竞争力,实现可持续发展。
In the context of global financial risks,small and medium-sized textile enterprises are facing multiple challenges such as declining demand,insufficient orders,broken capital chains,rising raw material prices and rising labor costs.However,the support of government policies and the improvement of the company’s own strength have also brought new development opportunities for the enterprise.Based on the in-depth analysis of the challenges and opportunities faced by small and medium-sized textile enterprises in the current environment,this paper puts forward the strategies of optimizing the industrial structure,innovating financing channels and attaching importance to enterprise management,and aims to enhance the market competitiveness of small and medium-sized textile enterprises and achieve sustainable development through measures such as product upgrading,industrial layout adjustment,striving for financial support,exploring diversified financing methods,strengthening cost control and cultivating professional talents.
