摘要
输电线路包含架空与电缆两种类型,拉线棒是输电线路的重要组成部分,架空与电缆两种形式的输电线路都要依靠拉线棒为电力稳定供应提供保障。输电线路拉棒在土壤中存在腐蚀现象,为了解腐蚀机理,研究采用化学成分分析、镀锌层厚度测试、宏观检验、显微组织检验及土壤理化性能分析等试验方式,检测无开挖拉棒腐蚀情况。结果发现,输电线路拉棒腐蚀断裂的原因为线路周边有Cl^(-)及SO_(4)^(2-)含量较高的碱性高盐沙土。为应对输电线路拉棒在土壤中腐蚀的问题,本研究提出了使用高效降阻剂或混凝土加固灌注方式来增强拉线棒防腐水平的对策建议,以此丰富相关研究理论。
Transmission lines include two types:overhead and cable.Anchor rods are an important component of transmission lines,and both forms of transmission lines rely on it to ensure stable power supply.There is corrosion phenomenon in the soil of transmission line anchor rods.In order to understand the corrosion mechanism,chemical composition analysis,galvanized layer thickness testing,macroscopic inspection,microstructure inspection,and soil physical and chemical performance analysis were used to detect the corrosion of trenchless anchor rods.The results show that the reason for the corrosion and fracture of transmission line anchor rods was the presence of alkaline high salt sandy soil with high Cl^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-)content around the line.To address the issue of corrosion of transmission line anchor rods in soil,the use of high-efficiency resistance reducing agents or concrete reinforcement grouting methods to enhance the anti-corrosion level of anchor rods was proposed,so as to enrich relevant research theories.
