煤柱形状对工作面稳定性影响的模拟与力学特性分析

摘要 为确保在煤炭开采中采空区顶部岩层的结构稳定,在矿井内部设置煤柱进行支撑,其尺寸、径高比对工作面的稳定性具有显著影响。采用数值模拟技术,对不同径高比下的单一煤体、煤岩石复合材料进行单轴压缩实验模拟,分析了煤体及其复合材料的力学性质、断裂演变特征,并探讨了不同径高比煤柱预留方案对工作面稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着径高比的逐步增加,煤体与煤岩复合体的极限强度均呈增长趋势,煤体的力学特性由脆性向韧性过渡,随后恢复到脆性状态,煤岩复合体同样由脆性向韧性破坏转变,但其韧性降低;随着径高比的不断增大,煤体及煤岩复合体的主导破坏形式为劈裂,且煤体内裂纹的延伸具有多变特性,煤岩复合体的破坏随煤体劈裂破坏的发生而发生。 To ensure the structural stability of the roof rock in the goaf during coal mining,coal pillars were set up within the mine for support,and their size and diameter‑to‑height ratios significantly influenced the stability of the working face.Numerical simulation was used to simulate uniaxial compression tests on single coal bodies and composite coal‑rock materials under different diameter‑to‑height ratios,to analyze the mechanical properties and fracture evolution characteristics of the coal bodies and their composite materials,and to investigate the impact of different coal pillar reservation schemes with varying diameter‑to‑height ratios on the stability of the working face.The results showed that,with the gradual increase of the diameter‑to‑height ratio,the ultimate strength of the coal body and coal‑rock composite exhibited an increasing trend,and the mechanical properties of the coal body were transitioned from brittle to ductile and then reverted to a brittle state.Similarly,the coal‑rock composite was transformed from brittle to ductile failure,but its toughness decreased.With the increasing diameter‑to‑height ratio,the dominant failure of the coal body and coal‑rock composite was splitting,and the propagation of cracks within the coal body exhibited variable characteristics.The failure of the coal‑rock composite occurred concurrently with the coal body splitting damage.
