摘要
为了有效控制煤尘污染,减少煤尘对人员及设备的损伤,本文基于微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀技术(MICP)研发出一种绿色环保、无毒无害的新型微生物抑尘剂(Microbial dust suppressants,MDS)。抑尘剂由胶质芽孢杆菌、1 mol/L氯化钙、1 mol/L碳酸氢钠以3∶1∶1的体积比混合制成。对MDS的抑尘性能进行研究,结果表明:MDS使用后,与煤样的接触角为38.15°,可以有效改善与煤尘的润湿性;MDS具有良好的抑尘效果,3 m/s风速下抗风蚀速率为93.88%,9 m/s风速下抗风蚀速率达到86.98%,可以有效固结煤尘;MDS具有一定的保水性,抑尘剂使用后煤样蒸发速率为0.66%,抗蒸发性较好;同时,MDS具有良好的耐腐蚀性,实际使用时不会对设备造成损坏,使用后也不会影响到煤炭的品质。
The problem of coal dust pollution in our country is becoming increasingly serious.To effectively control dust and reduce the damage to personnel and equipment caused by coal dust,this study develops a new green,environmentally friendly,and non‑toxic microbial dust suppressant(MDS)based on Microbial Induced Calcium Carbonate Precipitation(MICP)technology.The dust suppressant is made by mixing Bacillus mucilaginosus,1 mol/L calcium chloride,and 1 mol/L sodium bicarbonate in a volume ratio of 3∶1∶1.Experimental research was conducted on the dust suppression performance of MDS.The results showed that after using MDS,the contact angle between MDS and the coal sample was 38.15°,which can effectively improve the wettability with coal dust.MDS exhibited excellent dust suppression effects,with a wind erosion resistance rate of 93.88%at a wind speed of 3 m/s and 86.98%at a wind speed of 9 m/s,effectively solidifying coal dust;MDS has a certain degree of water retention,with a coal sample evaporation rate of 0.66%after using the dust suppressant,and good resistance to evaporation.At the same time,MDS demonstrated excellent corrosion resistance.It will neither cause damage to equipment in use nor affect the quality of coal after use.
