摘要
目的对中老年晚期胃癌患者实施替吉奥与胃肿瘤血管栓塞术联合治疗的临床疗效进行研究。方法将2020年11月—2024年11月本院收治的中老年晚期胃癌患者48例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组24例。对照组单独口服替吉奥进行治疗,观察组联合采取替吉奥与胃肿瘤血管介入栓塞进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者的近期治疗总有效率与对照组相比明显提高,患者的血清肿瘤标志物指标以及免疫功能指标改善效果均优于对照组,最终患者的生存质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用替吉奥配合胃肿瘤血管介入栓塞方案对老年晚期胃癌患者进行治疗,可进一步提高疾病控制效果,改善患者机体免疫状态,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of tigio and gastric tumor vascular embolization in middle-aged and elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods now will our hospital in middle-aged and old advanced gastric cancer patients selected 48 cases in group treatment study,group take random number table method,was divided into observation group 24 patients with control group,control group given separate oral ge gio treatment,observation group take ge gio combined gastric tumor vascular interventional embolization treatment,detailed contrast two groups of treatment effect.Results The total response rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher compared with that of the control group,the improvement effect of serum tumor markers and immune function indicators were better than that of the control group,and the final quality of life score of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer with gastric cancer can further improve the disease control effect,improve the immune status and improve the quality of life.
