摘要
在工业4.0时代背景下,工业机器人在各种制造领域中的应用日益普遍。对家具智能制造行业中工业机器人技术应用存在的局限性问题进行深入分析,重点聚焦于工业机器人灵活性、人机协作、信息采集以及智能监控和质量控制等应用方面。在此基础上,结合家具智能制造转型过程中对工业机器人快速响应、个性化控制和按需定制等技术需求,构建了一个全面高效的技术体系。该体系涵盖硬件层、软件层、传感器、控制策略、技术整合和交互等模块,旨在为工业机器人在家具智能制造中的深度集成和智能化应用提供系统的技术支持。更进一步探讨了该技术应用过程中的潜在挑战与机遇,从技术挑战、经济效益和社会伦理考量3个方面进行详细解读,为家具产业的数字化智能制造转型升级提供技术支撑和理论指导。
In the era of Industry 4.0,industrial robots have gained increasing prominence across diverse manufacturing sectors,playing a significant role in the smart manufacturing processes within the furniture industry.This study provides a comprehensive and systematic investigation into the existing limitations and challenges of industrial robot technology in this sector.The key areas of focus include the flexibility of robots,human-robot collaboration,information acquisition,intelligent monitoring,and quality control,all of which are critical for addressing the evolving demands and complexities of intelligent manufacturing in the furniture industry.To meet the industry's growing requirements for rapid response,personalized control,and on-demand customization,this research proposes a comprehensive,efficient,and adaptable technical framework tailored specifically for the application of industrial robots in furniture smart manufacturing.This framework is designed to enable the deep integration and intelligent utilization of robotics within the industry,and is meticulously structured to include multiple interrelated modules:the hardware layer,software layer,sensors,control strategies,technology integration,and interaction modules.Each of these modules is carefully developed to address the practical needs and challenges of industrial robot deployment,thereby enhancing their adaptability,operational precision,and overall efficiency in smart manufacturing processes.In addition to constructing this technical system,the study delves deeper into the potential challenges and opportunities associated with implementing industrial robots in the furniture manufacturing process.It thoroughly examines three critical aspects:technical challenges,economic benefits,and social-ethical considerations.By identifying,analyzing,and addressing these key factors,the study aims to provide a strategic and actionable roadmap for overcoming obstacles to the seamless integration of robotics in intelligent manufacturing.Furthermore,it emphasizes the potential economic advantages,such as cost savings,productivity enhancement,and the broader social-ethical implications of this technological shift,including job displacement and ethical usage.This research ultimately aims to facilitate the intelligent upgrading and digital transformation of the furniture industry,offering a well-structured technical foundation and actionable insights for the effective and efficient use of industrial robots.The findings are intended to guide enterprises in adopting these advanced technologies,enabling them to achieve greater flexibility,efficiency,and precision in their manufacturing processes.By thoroughly exploring the interplay between technological integration,practical application,and industry-specific requirements,this study contributes significantly to the advancement and evolution of smart manufacturing practices,supporting the ongoing digital transformation of the furniture industry.
