摘要
采用碱激发煤矸石-矿渣与碳纤维(CF)和钢纤维(SF)制备碱激发导电砂浆,分析纤维种类及纤维掺量对碱激发导电砂浆力学性能和电阻率的影响,并研究碱激发导电砂浆在不同含水量和环境温度下的导电性能.结果表明:单掺0.45%CF或单掺2.00%SF时,碱激发导电砂浆28 d抗折强度分别提高67.66%和80.78%,且抗压强度也有所提升;单掺0.30%CF或单掺1.50%SF时,碱激发导电砂浆内部即可形成空间导电网络并达到渗流阈值,可使电阻率显著减小,同时能够显著降低含水量和环境温度对砂浆导电性能的影响.
Alkali‑activated conductive mortar was prepared using alkali‑activated coal gangue‑slag combined with carbon fibers(CF)and steel fibers(SF).The influence of fiber type and fiber content on the mechanical properties and resistivity of the alkali‑activated conductive mortar was studied,and the electrical conductivity of the alkali‑activated conductive mortar under different moisture contents and ambient temperatures was discussed.The results show that when incorporating only 0.45%CF or only 2.00%SF,the 28 d flexural strength of the alkali‑activated conductive mortar increases by 67.66%and 80.78%,respectively,with concurrent enhancements in compressive strength.When incorporating only 0.30%CF or only 1.50%SF,a spatial conductive network is formed inside the alkali‑activated conductive mortar,reaching the percolation threshold,which results in a significant reduction in resistivity.Additionally,the influence of moisture content and ambient temperature on its electrical conductivity is notably decreased.
