摘要
目的研究还原型谷胱甘肽对大鼠肝纤维化的保护作用。方法采用CCl4灌注法建立大鼠肝纤维化模型,药物组给予不同剂量还原型谷胱甘肽,治疗21d后,测定各组大鼠肝系数、肝功能、肝纤维化、肝组织氧化应激指标的变化情况。结果药物组肝系数呈下降趋势,药物B组和药物C组的肝系数分别与模型组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物组大鼠肝功能指标ALT、AST、γ-GGT均逐步降低,药物B组和药物C组TP、ALB指标显著提升,与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物B组和药物C组肝纤维化指标HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、C-Ⅳ显著降低,与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物组氧化应激指标HYP、SOD、MDA、CAT均明显好转,与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽可逆转CCl4诱导的大鼠肝纤维化进程,有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the protective effect of reduced glutathione on liver fibrosis in rats.Methods The CCl4 infusion method was used to establish a rat model of liver fibrosis.The drug groups were given different doses of reduced glutathione.After 21 days of treatment,the changes in liver coefficient,liver function,liver fibrosis,and liver tissue oxidative stress indicators were measured in each group of rats.Results The liver coefficient of the drug group showed a decreasing trend,and the liver coefficients of the drug B and drug C groups were significantly different from that of the model group(P<0.05).The liver function indicators ALT,AST,and γ-GGT of the drug group rats gradually decreased,while TP and ALB indicators of the drug B and C groups significantly increased,compared with the model group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The liver fibrosis indicators HA,LN,PC-Ⅲ,C-Ⅳ in drug B and drug C groups were significantly reduced,and the differences were statistically significant compared with the model group(P<0.05).The oxidative stress indicators HYP,SOD,MDA and CAT in the drug groups were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant compared with the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione can reverse the progression of CCL4 induced liver fibrosis in rats,and has certain clinical application value.
