摘要
                
                    本文报道了一种基于电感耦合等离子体质谱对锂同位素进行精确测定的方法。探究了调谐参数、样品成分和外部因素对锂同位素测定的影响,优化了锂同位素测试参数。采用国际锂同位素标准物质,评估了该测试体系的正确性、精确度和不确定性。该方法用于测定锂同位素(^(6)Li/^(7)Li),具有较低的锂消耗量(<5 ng),较高的锂同位素测定精密度(±0.87%)和低空白值(25 pg)。
                
                This study proposed a method for the precise determination of lithium isotopes using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The influences of tuning parameters,sample composition and external factors on the determination of lithium isotope were investigated,and the measurement parameters of lithium isotope were optimized.The accuracy,precision,and uncertainty of the testing system were rigorously validated and assessed by international lithium isotope standards.The method demonstrated lower lithium consumption(<5 ng),higher lithium isotope testing precision(±0.87%),and a low blank value(25 pg)in lithium isotope(^(6)Li/^(7)Li)measurement.
