摘要
目的:观察加味柴胡桂枝干姜汤结合穴位刺血疗法治疗寒热错杂型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将70例寒热错杂型痤疮患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组给予穴位刺血疗法联合丹参酮胶囊,治疗组给予穴位刺血疗法联合加味柴胡桂枝干姜汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效、复发率及治疗前后痤疮综合分级系统(globalacnegrading system,GAGS)评分、中医体质评分、白细胞计数(white blood cells,WBC)及嗜酸性粒细胞计数变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗后GAGS评分为(11.43±3.21)分,低于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后平和质评分为(43.78±3.71)分,高于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后;治疗组治疗后湿热质评分为(31.43±3.28)分、阳虚质评分为(25.40±4.18)分,低本组治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率91.43%,对照组有效率74.29%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后嗜酸性粒细胞计数及WBC比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1个月,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3个月,治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味柴胡桂枝干姜汤结合穴位刺血疗法治疗寒热错杂型痤疮,可改善患者的临床症状,降低复发率,并可使寒热错杂体质逐渐趋向平和质。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Supplemented Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig and Dried Ginger Decoction combined with acupoint bloodletting therapy on acne with syndrome of mixed cold and heat.Methods:A total of 70 patients with cold-heat mixture type acne were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint bloodletting combined with Tanshinone Capsules,while the treatment group was treated with acupoint bloodletting combined with Supplemented Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig and Dried Ginger Decoction.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,and changes in global acne grading system(GAGS)score,TCM constitution score,white blood cell(WBC)and eosinophil count before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the GAGS score of the treatment group was(11.43±3.213)points,which was lower than that before treatment in the same group and after treatment in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of balanced constitution in the treatment group was(43.778±3.707)points,which was higher than that before treatment in the same group and after treatment in the control group;the scores of dampness-heat constitution and yang deficiency constitution in the treatment group were(31.429±3.276)points and(25.395±4.182)points respectively,which were lower than those before treatment in the same group and after treatment in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%,and that of the control group was 74.29%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in eosinophil count and WBC before and after treatment in both groups(P>0.05).One month after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig and Dried Ginger Decoction combined with acupoint bloodletting therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cold-heat mixture type acne,reduce the recurrence rate,and gradually make the cold-heat mixture constitution tend to balanced constitution.
