摘要
为确保桩基施工质量,先开展了勘察方法筛选,并进行了地质勘察成果总结;其次,结合工程实际,进一步探究了桩基施工管控技术分析及成桩质量评价。分析结果表明:岩溶区勘察手段较多,结合工程实际,将勘察方法确定为工程地质调查法、钻探法和高密度电法;经勘察成果总结,研究区内岩溶发育特征较为显著,属强发育岩溶区;最后,其桩基施工管控技术主要包括定位及场地平整技术、成孔过程中的精度控制技术、孔壁稳定技术、控制桩底沉渣技术和钢筋笼吊装技术,并经成桩质量检测,得到各类成桩的施工质量较好。
To ensure the quality of pile foundation construction,a selection of survey methods was carried out first,and a summary of geological survey results was conducted;Secondly,based on the actual engineering situation,further exploration was conducted on the analysis of pile foundation construction control technology and pile quality evaluation.The analysis results show that there are many exploration methods in karst areas.Based on engineering practice,the exploration methods are determined as engineering geological survey method,drilling method,and high-density electrical method;According to the summary of the survey results,the karst development characteristics in the study area are relatively significant,belonging to a strongly developed karst area;Finally,the pile foundation construction control technology mainly includes positioning and site leveling technology,precision control technology during the drilling process,hole wall stability technology,pile bottom sediment control technology,and steel cage hoisting technology.After pile quality testing,it was found that the construction quality of various types of piles is good.
