摘要
钒钛磁铁矿是一种重要的多金属共生矿,其综合回收利用价值极高,尤其在钛和钒的提取上具有重要意义。然而,由于钒钛磁铁矿中钛的品位低、矿物组成复杂,传统的选矿工艺难以高效提取。本文将对钒钛磁铁矿中钛的柱机联合全浮工艺进行详细探讨,并通过浮选机动力学特性试验,揭示该工艺的运行机理和优化方向。
Vanadium titanium magnetite is an important polymetallic ore with extremely high comprehensive recovery and utilization value,especially in the extraction of titanium and vanadium,which is of great significance.However,due to the low grade and complex mineral composition of titanium in vanadium titanium magnetite,traditional beneficiation processes are difficult to efficiently extract it.This article will provide a detailed exploration of the column machine combined full flotation process for titanium in vanadium titanium magnetite,and reveal the operating mechanism and optimization direction of the process through experiments on the dynamic characteristics of flotation machines.
