摘要
大棚蔬菜生产过程中产生的大量废弃物,如蔬菜残株、烂叶等,若处理不当,会造成资源的浪费,威胁生态平衡和农业的可持续发展。在探讨循环农业技术在大棚蔬菜废弃物资源化利用中应用的基础上,论述了大棚蔬菜废弃物的种类与特性,分析了堆肥技术、沼气发酵技术、饲料化技术以及食用菌栽培技术等循环农业技术在处理大棚蔬菜废弃物方面的应用,旨在为推动循环农业技术在大棚蔬菜废弃物处理中的广泛应用提供参考。
Large amount of waste materials was generated in the production process of greenhouse vegetables such as vegetable residues and rotten leaves,if not treated properly,the wastes could cause resource waste and threaten ecological balance and sustainable agricultural development.Based on discussion of application of circular agriculture technology in resource utilization of greenhouse vegetable wastes,the types and characteristics of greenhouse vegetable wastes were introduced,application of circular agriculture technology in treatment of greenhouse vegetable wastes were analyzed such as composting,biogas fermentation,feed conversion and edible mushroom cultivation,in order to provide references for promoting the widespread application of circular agriculture technology in greenhouse vegetable waste treatment.
