摘要 本文探讨了无人机技术在城市测绘领域的应用及其带来的优势与挑战。无人机以快速部署、高机动性、高精度数据收集能力,显著提升了地形测绘、建筑物监测、土地利用规划及灾害应急测绘的效率和质量。相比传统地面测量、航空摄影测量和卫星遥感测量,无人机技术在降低成本、缩短作业时间方面展现出巨大潜力。然而,其应用也面临着法律法规、隐私保护以及技术瓶颈等挑战。通过案例分析,文章着重强调了加强法律法规建设、技术研发、公众认知提升及专业团队建设的重要性,旨在促进无人机技术在城市测绘中的健康发展。 This paper explores the application of UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)technology in the field of urban surveying and mapping,as well as its advantages and challenges.UAVs,with their rapid deployment,high mobility,and high-precision data collection capabilities,significantly improve the efficiency and quality of topographic surveying,building monitoring,land use planning,and disaster emergency mapping.Compared with traditional ground surveying,aerial photogrammetry,and satellite remote sensing,UAV technology demonstrates great potential in reducing costs and shortening operation time.However,its application also faces challenges such as legal regulations,privacy protection,and technical bottlenecks.Through case analysis,the paper emphasizes the importance of strengthening legal framework construction,technology research and development,public awareness improvement,and professional team building to promote the healthy development of UAV technology in urban surveying and mapping.
