摘要
在全球能源结构转型的大背景下,光伏发电正逐渐成为推动经济社会可持续发展的重要力量,而光伏支架作为光伏发电系统最重要的设备之一,主要由固定式和跟踪式两大类组成。跟踪式支架可随太阳入射角变化而自动调整角度,较固定式可获得10%~30%发电量增益,但其安装相对更复杂,零部件种类、型号众多。对此,分析跟踪式支架的安装工艺,并提出优化措施建议,以提高安装效率和质量。
Under the background of global energy structure transformation,the solar PV power generation is gradually becoming an important force to promote the sustainable development of economy and society.As one of the most important equipments of PV power generation system,PV racking is mainly composed of two categories:fixed type and tracking type.The tracking type bracket can automatically adjust the angle with the change of the sun′s incidence angle,and can obtain 10%~30%power generation gain compared with the fixed type.But tracking type bracket installation is relatively more complicated,and there are many types of parts and models.In this regard,the installation process of tracking bracket is analyzed and optimization measures are proposed to improve the installation efficiency and quality.
