摘要
针对远洋船舶集中管理的需求、海上航行通信和安全问题,利用动态规划思想进行船舶航线的实时计算,动态航行点按照设计通信协议进行编码,利用北斗短报文通播方式将航行点发送到船舶。终端按照协议进行解码,根据控制指令完成航行路线的校正,设计了监控平台和船载终端,对航线规划算法、通信协议进行了实现和验证,为远洋船舶集中管理和高效通信提供了新的技术手段。
In response to the demand for the centralized management of ocean going vessels and their difficulties in maritime communication and security,the concept of dynamic planning is used for real-time calculation of vessel routes.The dynamic navigation points are encoded according to the designed communication protocol,sent to the vessel using the BDS short message broadcast method,and decoded by the terminal according to the protocol.Then,the navigation route is revised based on the control instructions.A monitoring platform and shipborne terminals are designed,implementing and validating route planning algorithms and communication protocols.In this way,new technological approaches are provided for centralized management and efficient communication of ocean going vessels.
