装配式混凝土结构住宅外墙热桥优化研究——以苏州为例

摘要 针对苏州装配式混凝土结构住宅开展调研。通过红外热成像仪与壁面测温仪对预制夹心保温外墙进行热工性能测试,确认装配式混凝土住宅外墙热工性能缺陷部位。经过后续跟踪调查,发现建筑热桥产生的原因主要是外墙实际生产情况与最初设计不符,对存在热缺陷的外墙热桥节点进行构造优化设计。通过不同聚苯板材料性能对比分析,选取SEPS石墨改性模塑聚苯板代替生产时保温板外圈的混凝土材料。运用ANSYS软件对预制夹心保温外墙的设计、生产、优化三阶段进行传热数值模拟,得出结论:优化后的预制夹心保温外墙板抗破坏性能大幅提高,同时热工性能与设计阶段相比有所提升,可以减小建筑热桥。在预制外墙的生产运输、施工安装阶段给出相应的外墙热桥防治建议,为我国不同地区装配式混凝土结构住宅热桥相关研究提供参考。 The prefabricated concrete residential structures in Suzhou is researched.The infrared thermography and surface thermometers are employed to test the thermal performance of prefabricated sandwich insulated external walls,identify thermal defects in the walls of prefabricated concrete residences.Subsequent follow-up investigations reveals that the primary cause of thermal bridging in the building is discrepancies between the actual production of the external walls and the initial design.Thermal bridge nodes with existing thermal defects are optimized on construction designs.SEPS(Styrene-Ethylene/Propylene-Styrene)graphite-modified molding polystyrene boards are selected to replace the concrete on the outer ring of the insulation board during production,through comparing and analyzing the performance of different polystyrene board materials.Thermal numerical simulations of the design,production,and optimization phases of prefabricated sandwich insulated external walls are conducted using ANSYS software.The results indicate a significant improvement in the structural integrity of the optimized prefabricated sandwich insulated external wall panels,along with improved thermal performance compared to the design phase,thereby reducing building thermal bridges.Recommendations are provided for preventing thermal bridges in prefabricated wall production,transportation,and construction installation stages,serving as valuable insights for research on thermal bridges in prefabricated concrete residential structures across different regions in China.
