摘要
该文从瑞马唑仑的作用机制,瑞马唑仑在程序性镇静、全身麻醉、特殊人群中的应用情况,氟马西尼对瑞马唑仑的可逆转性等方面介绍了瑞马唑仑的临床应用进展。与异丙酚、咪达唑仑等常规镇静药物相比,瑞马唑仑具有独特的优势,在胃肠镜检查中广泛应用,在ICU患者、儿科患者、老年患者、心血管外科患者中的应用效果均较好,安全性较高,不依赖肝肾代谢。对于支气管镜检查及全身麻醉患者,需根据患者具体情况进行用药选择,防止风险事件发生。瑞马唑仑能够和氟马西尼特异性拮抗,是某些特殊患者首选镇静药物。
This article introduced the clinical application progress of remimazolam from aspects such as the mechanism of action of remimazolam,its application in programmed sedation,general anesthesia,and special populations,and the reversibility of flumacenib to remimazolam.Compared with conventional sedative drugs such as propofol and midazolam,remimazolam has unique advantages and is widely used in gastroscopy and colonoscopy.The application effects in ICU patients,pediatric patients,elderly patients and cardiovascular surgical patients are all good,with high safety and no reliance on liver and kidney metabolism.For patients undergoing bronchoscopy and those under general anesthesia,the selection of medication should be based on the specific conditions of the patients to prevent the occurrence of risk events.Remimazolam can specifically antagonize flumasenib and is the preferred sedative drug for some special patients.
