摘要
为了研究桁架管道跨越结构的力学特性,建立了杨坪跨越的有限元仿真模型,采用X射线应力测试和仿真对比验证的方法,在正常运行的状态下对桁架跨越结构不同位置的等效应力进行了现场实测和模拟计算,分析了桁架跨越结构的静力学特性,结果表明:桁架跨越主梁上部的应力呈“倒V”状分布;管道直管段上部的应力曲线近似呈“W”状,中心位置处应力最大;侧梁下部和管道直管段下部的应力虽然也呈“W”状分布,但两端应力最大;管道弯管段中间部位应力较小,两端应力较大,其中弯管段下部的上端是整个桁架跨越结构应力最大的位置。同时,利用有限元模型对桁架跨越的动力学特性进行了分析,得出以下结论:桁架管道跨越是一种低频振动结构,主要表现为管道的横向振动和竖向振动,且横向振动多于竖向振动,杨坪跨越结构的振幅基本为0.03m左右。
In order to study the mechanical characteristics of truss overhead crossing pipeline,the finite element simulation model of Yangping crossing structure is established.The method of comparison and verification of X-ray stress test and simulation is adopted,the equivalent stresses at different positions of the truss crossing structure are measured and simulated under normal operating condition,and the static characteristics of the truss crossing structure are analyzed.The results show that:The stresses for the upper part of the main girder present an inverted“V”shape distribution.The stress curve for the upper part of the straight pipeline section approximately presents a“W”shape,and the maximum value is at the center.The stresses in the underpart of the curb girder and the underpart of the straight pipeline section also present a“W”shape distribution,but the maximum values are at both ends of the structure.The stresses in the middle part of the bend pipeline section are small,and the stresses at both ends are large.The upper end of the underpart of the bend pipeline section is the place where the stress of the whole truss crossing structure is maximum.At the same time,the finite element model is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the truss crossing structure,and the following conclusions are drawn:Truss overhead crossing pipeline is a low-frequency vibration structure,which is mainly manifested in the lateral and vertical vibration of the pipeline,and the numbers of lateral vibration are more than that of vertical vibration.The amplitudes of Yangping crossing structure are basically about 0.03 m.
