摘要
母乳喂养厌恶反应不仅会影响母婴之间的情感建立,还会导致产妇产生内疚与羞耻的情绪,进而增加其罹患产后抑郁症的风险。综述母乳喂养厌恶反应的概念、症状鉴别、影响因素及干预措施,为我国医护人员正确识别母乳喂养厌恶反应,进行相关研究及临床实践提供参考。
Breastfeeding aversion response not only affects the emotional bonding between mother and baby but also leads to feelings of guilt and shame in the mother,thereby increasing the risk of postpartum depression.This article reviews four aspects of breastfeeding aversion response,including the concept,symptom identification,influencing factors,and interventions,so as to provide references for healthcare professionals in China to correctly identify breastfeeding aversion response and to carry out related research and clinical practice.
