加氢站分级储氢方案的测算与评估方法

摘要 针对加氢站建设成本高的问题,以降低加氢站运营成本为目标,提出了一种分级储氢优化方法。首先,基于氢气真实状态方程和可压缩气体流动控制方程,建立了分级储氢的数理模型;其次,提出了一种基于时间微元的测算方法,以典型氢气加注过程为例,通过编程实现迭代计算,对3大类共40种的分级储氢方案进行了系统测算;最后,结合项目现场调研数据,提出了以连续加注能力和平均压缩能耗为核心的评价指标体系,用于综合评估不同方案的性能。研究结果表明,采用不满充策略并适当提高中压级容积比例的分级储氢方案,能够有效满足加氢站在高峰期的供氢需求,同时将平均压缩能耗的无量纲指标最高降低34%,显著降低了整体运营成本。此外,优化后的方案能够均衡储氢装置的使用负荷,减少设备维护频率。该测算方法和优化方案对加氢站建设具有重要参考价值。 In response to the high construction cost of hydrogen refueling station,an optimization method for hierarchical hydrogen storage is proposed to reduce the operating cost.Firstly,a mathematical model of hierarchical hydrogen storage is established based on the real gas equation for hydrogen and the control equations for incompressible gas flow.Secondly,a precise calculation method based on micro time step is proposed,and taking a typical hydrogen refueling process as an example,the iterative calculation is implemented by programming to calculate 40 hierarchical storage schemes of three categories.Finally,combined with the project site survey data,an evaluation index system based on continuous refueling capacity and average compression energy consumption is proposed to comprehensively evaluate the performance of different schemes.The results indicate that the hierarchical hydrogen storage schemes that employ an underfilling strategy and appropriately increase the volume ratio of the medium-pressure stage can meet the demand for supply or refueling during peak hours,and the dimensionless indicator for average compression energy consumption can be reduced by up to 34%,which effectively lowers overall operational cost.In addition,the optimized scheme can balance the use of hydrogen storage devices,and reduce equipment maintenance frequency.The calculation method and optimized schemes have significant reference value for the construction of hydrogen refueling stations.
