农用拖拉机燃用调合生物柴油的排放颗粒微观特性研究

Study on the microscopic characteristics of emission particles from agricultural tractors burning blended biodiesel

摘要 生物柴油作为一种清洁能源,在改善柴油机颗粒物排放方面受到全球范围内的高度重视.研究通过实地实验,使用非道路农用拖拉机,结合高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光拉曼光谱仪和X射线能谱仪(EDS)分析了在旋耕作业下使用不同掺混比例(10%、30%、50%和100%)大豆生物柴油与柴油混合燃料产生的颗粒物粒径分布和微晶结构.通过Brasil算法计算颗粒物的分形维数.研究发现:随着大豆生物柴油掺混比例的提高,排放颗粒物的平均粒径逐渐减小,核模态颗粒占主导;微晶长度减小,微晶间距和微晶曲率增大;颗粒物的分形维数增加,颗粒结构逐渐致密;石墨化程度降低,晶格缺陷减少,颗粒物结构更加无序;O/C值上升. Biodiesel,as a clean energy source,has received a great deal of attention globally for climate change and environmental protection applications.In this study,based on off-road agricultural tractors,under different blending ratios(10%,30%,50%and 100%)of soybean biodiesel blended with diesel fuel in rotary plowing operations,combined with high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Raman spectrometry and X-ray energy spectrometry(EDS),the particle size distribution and microcrystalline structure of particulate matter were analyzed experimentally.The fractal dimension of the particulate matter was calculated by Brasil's algorithm.It was found that:as the blending ratio of soybean biodiesel increased,the average particle size of the discharged particulate matter gradually decreased,with nuclear modal particles dominating;the microcrystalline length decreased,the microcrystalline spacing and microcrystalline curvature increased;the fractal dimension of the particulate matter increased,and the particulate structure gradually became denser;the degree of graphitization decreased,lattice defects were reduced,and the structure of the particulate matter was more disordered;and the O/C value increased.
