摘要
在上海市南北转型发展的大背景下,轨道交通19号线的建设正在有序推进,为充分发挥区域重要交通廊道对城镇空间布局的引导作用,急需对新建地铁站点周边地块的开发策略及路径开展系统研究。以上海市轨道交通19号线宝山段地铁站点周边地块为例,通过分析区域现状特征,从宏观、中观、微观视角提出“整线—分区—站点”三维再开发路径,以确定轨道交通19号线宝山段地铁站点周边地块的发展更新方向及更新策略,以期为其他轨道交通沿线城市空间更新及发展提供一定参考。
Under the background of the north-south transformation and development in Shanghai,the construction of Rail Transit Line 19 is advancing.To exert the guiding role of regional transportation corridors on urban spatial layout,it is necessary to conduct research on the development strategies and paths for the plots surrounding the newly-built metro stations.Taking the plots surrounding the metro stations in the Baoshan Section of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 19 as an example,through analyzing the current regional characteristics,a three-dimensional redevelopment path of"whole line-sub-area-station"is proposed from macro,meso,and micro perspectives,in order to determine the development and renewal direction of the plots surrounding the metro stations in the Baoshan Section of Rail Transit Line 19,and provide references for the urban space renewal along other rail transit lines.
