摘要
在全球文化交融与技术革新的背景下,舞台艺术创作亟需通过系统性机制创新实现文化传承与时代价值的统一。文章以北京演艺集团出品的舞剧《五星出东方》为研究对象,探讨其通过多维机制创新构建艺术生产新范式的实践路径。该案例证明,舞台艺术的繁荣需以制度性创新整合资源、激活潜能,在坚守文化根脉的同时构建开放包容的创作生态,为新时代文艺精品生产提供可复制的机制样本。
Against the backdrop of global cultural integration and technological innovation,stage art creation urgently needs to achieve the unity of cultural inheritance and contemporary value through systematic mechanism innovation.This paper takes the dance drama Five Stars Shine in the East produced by Beijing Performing Arts Group as the research object,and explores its practical path of building a new model of artistic production through multi-dimensional mechanism innovation.This case demonstrates that the prosperity of stage art requires institutional innovation to integrate resources and activate potential,while maintaining cultural roots and building an open and inclusive creative ecosystem,providing a replicable mechanism sample for the production of high-quality works of art in the newera.
