摘要
山西厚煤层开采存在跟机困难、不具备成套设备、自动化程度低、系统协同控制难等问题,容易造成生产安全事故。为有效解决厚煤层开采中存在的问题,山西华阳一矿实施了智能化采煤技术,在自动割煤、自动支架跟机、智能控制等方面进行创新。SAC电液控制系统与SAP泵站控制系统相结合,在采煤工作面进行了应用,实现了井下支架的自动跟机以及相邻支架、分区支架、群组作业的控制;通过编辑采煤机的自动割煤状态,调整自动参数,实现了采煤机的自动割煤;并设置了集中控制中心,实现了工作面设备的远程控制和一键启停。通过与传统采煤工作面的对比分析,发现智能化采煤工作面提高了厚煤层的设备和技术开采水平。
Thick coal seam mining in Shanxi has problems such as difficult to follow the machine,not having complete sets of equipment,low automation degree,and difficult to control the system synergistically,which is easy to cause production safety accidents.In order to effectively solve the problems in thick coal seam mining,Shanxi Huayang mine has implemented intelligent coal mining technology,making innovations in automatic coal cutting,automatic support followers,intelligent control,etc.SAC electro-hydraulic control system combined with SAP pumping station control system is applied in the coal mining face,realizing the automatic followers of underground support as well as the control of neighboring support,zoning support,and group operation;by editing the automatic coal cutting state ofcoal mining machine and adjusting automatic parameters,the automatic coal cutting of coal mining machine is realized;and the centralized control center is set up,which realizes remote control and one-key start-stop of working face equipment.Through the comparative analysis with the traditional coal mining working face,the intelligent coal mining working face improves the equipment and technology mining level of thick coal seam.
