改进碱酸法低氟提纯球形石墨试验研究

Experimental Study on Improving Alkali-Acid Method for Low-Fluorine Purification of Spherical Graphite

摘要 针对黑龙江省鹤岗区域天然鳞片石墨杂质类别和含量,以球形石墨(SG)为原料,采用氟盐固相法对传统碱酸法进行改进,研究了各工艺参数对提纯效果的影响,得到固定碳含量99.95%以上的球形石墨。结果表明,碱酸法在mSG∶mNaOH为10∶3,碱熔温度为450℃,时间为2 h,酸浸反应HCl浓度为3 mol/L,液固比为2∶1,时间为1 h条件下,将球形石墨的固定碳含量从94.73%提高到99.30%;采用氟盐固相法进一步提纯,在m(SG)∶m(NH_(4)HF_(2))为10∶0.5,温度为120℃,时间为2 h条件下,提纯后球形石墨固定碳含量达到99.96%。 In view of the impurity categories and contents of natural flake graphite in Hegang region of Heilongjiang Province,the traditional alkali-acid method was improved using spherical graphite(SG)as raw material by introducing the fluoride salt solid-phase method.The effects of various process parameters on the purification effeciency were investigated,obtaining spherical graphite with a fixed carbon content exceeding 99.95%.The results showed that under optimized alkali-acid conditions(mass ratio of SG to NaOH 10∶3,alkali fusion temperature 450℃for 2 h;acid leaching with 3 mol/L HCl at liquid-solid ratio 2∶1 for 1 h),the fixed carbon content of SG increased from 94.73%to 99.30%.Subsequent purification using fluoride salt solid-phase method(mass ratio of SG to NH_(4)HF_(2)10∶0.5 at 120℃for 2 h)further elevated the fixed carbon content to 99.96%.
