钨酸铜的制备及其吸附性能研究

摘要 采用水热法合成CuWO_(4),采用XRD和SEM对其进行了表征.通过吸附水溶液中的亚甲基蓝探究CuWO_(4)的吸附性能,考察了吸附剂的加入量、染料的初始质量浓度等对染料去除率的影响,以及使用不同洗脱方法对BB9进行解吸附.结果表明:CuWO_(4)的加入量在1.5 g/L,搅拌时间为30 min,搅拌温度为25℃,BB9染料质量浓度为20 mg/L时,CuWO_(4)对BB9的吸附效果最佳.当CuWO_(4)吸附去除BB9重复使用5次后,吸附率只降低了10.69%,表明CuWO_(4)具有较好的可重复利用性. CuWO_(4)was synthesized by hydrothermal method,which was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The adsorption performance of CuWO_(4)was studied by adsorbing Methylene Blue(C.I.Basic Blue 9(BB9))aqueous solution.The effects of the amount of adsorbent,initial concentration of dye,and different elution methods on the desorption BB9 were studied..The results showed that the adsorption ratio of BB9 was optimum under the conditions of 1.5 g/L CuWO_(4)addition,30 min stirring time,25℃stirring temperature,20 mg/L BB9 dye solution concentration.The adsorption ratio of BB9 decreased by 10.69%after reusing CuWO_(4)for 5 times,which indicated that CuWO_(4)had good reusability.
