摘要
“脾阳不伤不泻”理论源自《黄帝内经》,在金元时期兴盛,由清代医家吴鞠通提出。脾胃乃后天之本,负责运化水谷精微,为气机升降之枢纽。从古至今,各学派均强调保护脾阳的重要性。近几年的研究发现,摄入生冷食物同样会加炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)患者的临床症状。中医认为,寒凉食物极易损伤脾胃,致使体内脾肾阳衰、阴阳失衡,下焦寒热错杂,进而导致肠道泌别清浊、传化糟粕的功能失常。因此,本文结合中医古籍中对饮食养生禁忌的记载及现代医学饮食干预研究,为中医药治疗及预防IBD探寻新思路。
The theory of"Spleen Yang does not hurt and does not diarrhea"originated from the Huangdi Neijing and flourished in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,which was proposed by Wu Jutong,a doctor in the Qing Dynasty.The spleen and stomach is the acquired foundation,which is responsible for transporting and transforming the essence of water and grain,and is the hub of Qi movement.Since ancient times,all schools have emphasized the importance of protecting spleen Yang.In recent years,studies have found that the intake of raw and cold food will also increase the clinical symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)patients.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that cold food can easily damage the spleen and stomach,resulting in spleen-kidney Yang failure,Yin and Yang imbalance,and cold and heat in the lower energizer,which in turn leads to the dysfunction of intestinal secretion of clear turbidity and transmission of dregs.Therefore,this article combines the records of dietary health contraindications in ancient Chinese medicine books and the study of dietary intervention in modern medicine to explore new ideas for the treatment and prevention of IBD by traditional Chinese medicine.
