摘要
为分析FecB基因在喀什地区不同绵羊群体中的分布情况,以喀什地区广泛分布的多浪羊、巴尔楚克羊、叶城羊、塔什库尔干羊、诺维什羊和湖羊等9个主要养殖品种(群体)为研究对象,利用TaqMan探针技术对3 756只不同群体绵羊FecB基因进行了分型检测。结果显示,湖羊含有最高的B等位基因频率,叶城羊、多浪羊、诺维什羊、巴尔楚克羊和塔什库尔干羊母羊中均含有FecB突变,但B等位基因频率都较低,均在0.12以下;以湖羊为母本的杂交后代中FecB突变的频率也较高,杜泊羊种公羊不含有FecB突变。说明可以通过FecB基因检测和早期选择来增加喀什地区地方绵羊品种的群体产羔数,进而达到增加出栏率、提升养殖效益的目标,同时为地方绵羊品种的提纯复壮奠定基础。
To analyze the distribution of the FecB gene in different sheep populations,this study used TaqMan probe technology to genotype the FecB gene of 3756 sheep in 9 main raising breeds(groups),such as Duolang sheep,Balchuk sheep,Yecheng sheep,Tashkurgan sheep,Novishi sheep,and Hu sheep,which were widely distributed in Kashgar region.The results showed that Hu sheep had the highest frequency of the B allele,and ewes of the other five sheep populations all contained the FecB mutation.However,the frequency of the B allele was low,and the allele frequency of the 5 populations was all below 0.12.The frequency of FecB mutation was also higher in the hybrid F1 of Hu sheep,and there was no FecB mutation in Dorper rams.In summary,the detection of the FecB gene and early selection can be used to increase the litter size of local sheep breeds in Kashgar region,and achieve the goal of increasing the slaughter rate and improve the breeding efficiency,and lay a foundation for the purification and rejuvenation of local sheep breeds.
