摘要
文章围绕中国特色学徒制下的现代家政管理专业人才培养模式展开研究,针对当前模式中存在的产学研结合不足、教师专业能力缺乏、学徒培训资源不均衡以及行业薪资和发展前景不明确等困境,提出了建立健全的校企联合培养机制、开展教师和企业导师的双向培训、推动学徒制标准化与信息化建设,以及改善家政行业的职业发展路径和薪酬体系等优化策略,旨在推动现代家政管理专业人才培养模式的可持续发展。
The article focuses on the research of the modern domestic management professional talent training model under the Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system.In response to the current difficulties such as insufficient integration of industry,academia,and research,lack of professional competence of teachers,uneven apprenticeship training resources,and unclear salary and development prospects in the model,optimization strategies are proposed to establish a sound school enterprise joint training mechanism,carry out two-way training for teachers and enterprise mentors,promote the standardization and informatization of apprenticeship system,and improve the career development path and salary system of the domestic management industry,aiming to promote the sustainable development of the modern domestic management professional talent training model.
