摘要
为降低地面选煤厂在运行期间发生煤尘自燃火灾等风险,通过对光纤测温报警系统工作原理进行分析,结合工作现场实际条件,在带式输送机托辊下方预铺设测温光纤和定点探测盘等监控设备,实现对带式输送机全流程、全区域的覆盖式温度监测。相较于传统的定点式传感器,光纤测温具有更加全面的监测效果,且光纤对温度的传导性和温变感知更加灵敏可靠,能有效提高数据监测的准确性,具有更好的火灾报警防护效果。
In order to reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal dust during the operation of the coal preparation plant,the working principle of the optical fiber temperature measurement and alarm system was analyzed.Then combined with the actual conditions of the working site,the monitoring equipment such as the temperature measurement optical fiber and the fixed-point detection disk were pre-laid under the belt conveyor roller to achieve coverage temperature monitoring for the entire process and area of the belt conveyor.In addition,compared with the traditional fixed-point sensor,the optical fiber temperature measurement had a more comprehensive monitoring effect,and the optical fiber was more sensitive and reliable to the conductivity and temperature change perception of the temperature,which could effectively improve the accuracy of data monitoring and had better fire warning effect.
