复合分子筛催化剂对煤直接液化油加氢改质反应的性能研究

摘要 为了研究USY分子筛与β分子筛的协同作用对煤直接液化油的加氢改质效果,制备了系列USY与β分子筛不同混合比例的复合分子筛加氢改质催化剂,即采用USY与β分子筛与拟薄水铝石混捏、焙烧和浸渍后获得的负载型NiW/U-β催化剂。同时以煤直接液化油为原料,采用固定床微反装置对上述催化剂进行了加氢改质效果评价。结果表明:催化剂中USY和β分子筛混合比例的改变影响催化剂的酸性质、孔道结构和加氢性能,进而影响其对煤直接液化油的选择性开环效果以及柴油收率和选择性。在反应温度为360℃、反应压力为13 MPa、体积空速为2.5/h、氢油比(体积比)为800的实验条件下,加氢评价结果显示,NiW/Uβ-1(m(USY)∶m(β)∶m(Al_(2)O_(3))=25∶2∶73)催化剂对原料中>260℃馏分具有适宜的转化率,产品中柴油收率较高,145℃~260℃馏分选择性较好,分别为45.63%,86.20%和83.41%。 A series of catalysts using different proportions of zeolite were prepared to study the synergistic effect of USY andβzeolites on the hydro-upgrading performance of direct coal liquefaction(DCL)oil.The NiW/USY-βsupported catalysts were obtained through kneading USY andβzeolites with pseudo-boehmite,followed by calcination and impregnation.The catalytic performance of these catalysts was evaluated using a fixed-bed microreactor,with DCL oil as the raw material.The results show that the change of the ratio of USY toβzeolites affects the pore properties,acid properties and hydro-upgrading performance of the catalyst.Consequently,this affects the catalysts'selectivity toward ring-opening reactions of DCL oil,as well as the yield and selectivity of diesel-range products.In the experimental conditions of the temperature of 360℃,the pressure of 13 MPa,the space speed of 2.5/h and hydrogen-to-oil ratio of 800,the NiW/Uβ-1(USY∶β∶Al_(2)O=25∶2∶73)catalyst exhibits optimal performance.It achieves a conversion ratio of 45.63%for the>260℃fraction,a diesel yield of 86.20%,and a selectivity of 83.41%for the 145℃-260℃distillate fraction.
