塔额盆地食用向日葵品种产量敏感性分析

摘要 为保证塔额盆地食用向日葵的高产,探明食用向日葵产量敏感性,生育期间调查影响产量的相关性状。从新疆食用向日葵品种中选取27个品种,对其11个主要性状与产量遗传相关性和通径系数进行分析。结果表明,单盘粒重、结实率、株高和百粒重等4个性状变量与产量显著相关,与产量的直接作用系数分别为0.7082、0.2742、0.2039和-0.3381;间接作用系数范围在-0.1999~0.5935。在遗传相关分析的基础上进一步进行通径分析,表明对产量影响最敏感的3个变量分别是单盘粒重、结实率和株高;对产量影响低敏感性的性状有籽仁率、籽粒宽和单盘粒数。因此,初步认为在食用向日葵育种中,为保证高产要首选单盘粒重大、结实率高及株高适当的品种,同时兼顾其他性状,协调好各性状的关系。 In order to ensure the high yield of edible sunflower in Taʼe basin,and explore the yield sensitivity of edible sunflower,the related traits affecting yield were investigated during the growth period.The 27 varieties of edible sunflower in Xinjiang were selected,and the genetic correlation and path coefficient between 11 main traits and yield were analyzed.The results showed that the four trait variables of grain weight per head,seedsetting rate,plant height and 100-grain weight were significantly correlated with yield,and the direct effect coefficients of yield were 0.7082,0.2742,0.2039 and-0.3381,respectively and the indirect effect coefficient was between-0.1999 and 0.5935.Path analysis further conducted on the basis of genetic correlation analysis showed that the three variables most sensitive to yield were grain weight per head,seed-setting rate and plant height.The traits with low sensitivity to yield included seed kernel rate,grain width and number of grains per head.As a result,it is preliminarily concluded that in the breeding of edible sunflower,varieties with heavy grain weight per head,high seed-setting rate,and suitable plant height must be chosen in order to ensure high yield.Other traits should be taken into consideration,and the relationships among various traits must be coordinated.
