摘要
数字化转型是企业财务管理实现现代化发展的必由之路,是企业巩固市场地位、增强核心竞争力的关键举措。推进财务数字化是提升财务管理效能、适应经济新常态的迫切需要,但当前企业财务数字化转型仍面临数据质量不高、系统整合不畅、人才能力不足等诸多现实困境。因此,企业应在厘清数字化转型与财务管理变革的内在逻辑的基础上,从构建高效能的数字化财务管理体系、打造智能财务管理平台、培养复合型财务管理人才等方面入手,多措并举,系统谋划,探索一条符合自身发展实际的财务数字化转型之路,以赋能财务转型和驱动企业高质量发展。
Digital transformation is the only way for enterprises to achieve modern development in financial management,and it is a key measure for enterprises to consolidate their market position and enhance their core competitiveness.Promoting financial digitization is an urgent need to improve financial management efficiency and adapt to the new normal of the economy.However,the current digital transformation of enterprise finance still faces many practical difficulties such as low data quality,poor system integration,and insufficient talent capabilities.Therefore,based on clarifying the internal logic of digital transformation and financial management reform,enterprises should start from building an efficient digital financial management system,creating an intelligent financial management platform,and cultivating composite financial management talents.They should take multiple measures,systematically plan,and explore a path of financial digital transformation that is in line with their own development reality,in order to empower financial transformation and drive high-quality development of enterprises.
