摘要
有机硅单体生产过程中会副产大量浆渣废弃物。本文分析了有机硅浆渣的组成和性质,基于现有处理技术,从提高资源化利用率的角度,对有机硅浆渣的固液分离技术展开讨论,介绍了采用蒸馏、过滤分离有机硅浆渣的研究进展和存在的问题,以及性质相似的多晶硅浆渣的固液分离技术,并展望了未来的研究方向。
A large amount of slurry waste is byproduct in the production of silicone monomers.This article analyzes the composition and properties of silicone slurry residues.In order to improve the utilization efficiency,it discusses the solid-liquid separation technology for silicone slurry residues based on existing treatment.The research progress and challenges in separating silicone slurry residue via distillation and filtration are introduced,along with solid-liquid separation technology for polysilicon slurry residue(which shares the similar properties).Future research directions are also proposed.
