摘要
月季灰霉病是制约月季切花产业发展的“癌症”性病害,为筛选出具有灰霉病抗性的种质资源,研究调查了云南常见的99份蔷薇属种质资源的表型性状,采用离体花瓣接种法评价了各种质资源的灰霉病抗性,并分析了抗性与表型的相关性。结果表明:蔷薇属种质资源的表型性状具有较高的多样性,其中花色多样性最丰富;庭院月季对灰霉病的抗性普遍高于切花月季和野生种质资源,且红色花色的蔷薇属资源灰霉病抗性较高;‘小佳宝’‘红色绝代佳人’‘伏旧园之花’和‘樱桃伯尼卡’4个品种对灰霉病完全免疫,可作为抗性育种的优质材料;相关性分析表明,月季灰霉病抗性与花色和资源分类显著相关。
Gray mold is a"cancerous"disease that restricts the development of the rose(Rosa hybrida)cut flower industry.To mine the germplasm resources resistant to gray mold,this study investigated the phenotypic traits of 99 Rosa germplasm resources commonly found in Yunnan and employed the method of pathogen inoculation in detached petals to evaluate the resistance to gray mold.Furthermore,the correlation between resistance and phenotype was analyzed.The results showed that the phenotypic traits of Rosa germplasm resources exhibited high diversity,and flower color demonstrated the highest diversity.Courtyard rose germplasm resources showcased stronger resistance to gray mold than cut flower and wild germplasm resources.The germplasm resources with red flowers had stronger resistance to gray mold.The four varieties of‘Zepeti’,‘Double Knock Out’,‘Rose Clos Vougeot’,and‘Cherry Bonica’were completely immune to gray mold and thus served as elite germplasm resources for breeding resistant varieties.The correlation analysis indicated significant correlations of resistance to gray mold with flower color and germplasm resource classes.
