摘要
以12份厚皮甜瓜为试材,其中叶片芽黄自交系为母本,采用不完全双列杂交的方法配制成单交种15份,对27份材料的植株生长特性、果实品质及主要酶活性进行配合力测定,研究其表型变异、超亲优势和超中优势,以期为实际育种工作中芽黄甜瓜品种筛选提供参考依据。结果表明:1号(13YH11-1)在单果质量的一般配合力为正相关,2号(13YH23-2)在13个性状中均表现为正相关,3号(13YH31-1)在主蔓长、主蔓粗、叶绿素、肉厚、单果质量、酶活性等6项性状的一般配合力表现为正相关。肉厚、单果质量、中心可溶性固形物含量等关键指标,其中一般配合力均表现为正相关的亲本有2号、6号、8号和12号。根据杂交组合特殊配合力效应值结合超中优势、超亲优势分析,筛选出较优的组合有19号(13YH23-2×B19)、21号(13YH23-2×B23)、22号(13YH23-2×A16)。
Twelve thick-skin muskmelon inbred lines were used as the test materials,and 15 single cross species were prepared by incomplete diallel hybridization.The plant growth characteristics,fruit quality and main enzyme activities of 27 muskmelon were measured by combining ability,and phenotypic variation,superparent and supermedium dominance were studied,in order to provide a reference for the selection of sprout yellow germplasm of melon varieties in practical breeding work.The results showed that the general combining ability of No.1(13YH11-1)was positively correlated in single fruit weight,No.2(13YH23-2)was positively correlated in 13 traits,and No.3(13YH31-1)was positively correlated in 6 traits,including main vine length,main vine thickness,chlorophyll,meat thickness,single fruit weight and enzyme.Key indexes such as meat thickness,fruit weight,central soluble solids,etc.,among which the general combining ability was positively correlated with parents No.2,6,8 and 12.According to the analysis of the special combining ability effect value of hybrid combination combined with super medium dominance and super parental dominance,the optimal hybrid combination No.19(13YH23-2×B19),No.21(13YH23-2×B23)and No.22(13YH23-2×A16)were selected.
