热处理锻造工艺对6016铝合金汽车板力学性能的影响

Study on the Influence of Heat Treatment Forging Process on the Mechanical Properties of 6016 Aluminum Alloy Automotive Sheets

摘要 通过优化6016铝合金汽车板的力学性能,以提升其在复杂环境下的稳定性和耐久性,进而推动铝合金材料加工制备产业的发展。通过包括熔炼、退火、挤压、固溶处理及时效处理等调控热处理锻造工艺,制备了不同条件下的6016铝合金试样。随后,采用固溶温度180℃持续7 h,一级时效120℃持续2 h,二级时效180℃持续4 h的热处理参数组合,对试样进行了系统的力学性能测试。实验结果表明:该铝合金在特定热处理条件下展现出最优性能,包括硬度105 HV、拉伸强度242.25 MPa、屈服强度274.51 MPa、延伸率26.2%、弯曲强度310 MPa及最小弯曲变形量1.8 mm,揭示了热处理锻造工艺对6016铝合金力学性能的显著优化作用,并确定了最佳的热处理参数,为高性能铝合金材料的制备提供了理论与技术支持。 By optimizing the mechanical properties of 6016 aluminum alloy automotive sheets,we aim to enhance their stability and durability in complex environments,thereby promoting the development of the aluminum alloy material processing and preparation industry.6016 aluminum alloy samples were prepared under different conditions by regulating the heat treatment forging process,including melting,annealing,extrusion,solution treatment,and aging treatment.Subsequently,the mechanical properties of the samples were systematically tested using a combination of heat treatment parameters,including a solid solution temperature of 180℃for 7 h,a first stage aging of 120℃for 2 h,and a second stage aging of 180℃for 4 h.The experimental results show that the aluminum alloy exhibits optimal performance under specific heat treatment conditions,including hardness of 105 HV,tensile strength of 242.25 MPa,yield strength of 274.51 MPa,elongation of 26.2%,bending strength of 310 MPa,and minimum bending deformation of 1.8 mm.This reveals the significant optimization effect of heat treatment forging process on the mechanical properties of 6016 aluminum alloy,and determines the optimal heat treatment parameters,providing theoretical and technical support for the preparation of high-performance aluminum alloy materials.
