一种面向应急的红外温度精密检测方法

摘要 为了解决温度检测在精度和灵活性等方面存在的问题,提出一种面向应急的精密温度检测方法。首先在传统检测模式分析的基础上,阐明应急检测模式的概念及特征。然后提出一种基于应急模式的红外测温技术方案,并完成关键电路的设计分析,实现应急模式下温度信息的免约束、高效采集。最后研究一种基于三次多项式拟合的自适应温补算法,补偿红外测温非线性误差,提高红外测温的精度水平。研究结果表明,所提方法解决了红外测温在高温段、动态变化情况下误差大的问题,测量误差在±1℃以内,具有非接触、高精度、免约束、无线互联等特点,为应急模式下温度精密检测提供了灵活、智能的解决方案。 In order to solve the problems of temperature detection in accuracy and flexibility,a precise detection method of temperature in emergency mode is proposed.Firstly,based on the analysis of traditional detection mode,the concept and characteristics of emergency detection mode are clarified.Then,a technical scheme of infrared temperature detection based on emergency mode is proposed,and the key circuits are designed and analyzed to achieve the unconstrained and efficient collection of temperature information in emergency mode.Finally,an adaptive compensation algorithm of temperature based on cubic polynomial fitting is studied to compensate for the nonlinear error of infrared temperature measurement and improve the accuracy level of infrared temperature detection.The research re-sults show that the proposed method with measurement error within±1℃solves the problem of large error of infrared temperature de-tection in the situation of high temperature and dynamic changes,and has the characteristics of non-contact,high accuracy,unconstraint,wireless interconnection,etc.It provides a flexible and intelligent solution for the precise temperature detection in emergency mode.
