摘要
目的:观察加味玉屏风散联合穴位埋线治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的效果。方法:60例CGN患者(脾肾气虚型)随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,均给予中药汤剂加味玉屏风散及西医基础治疗;观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位埋线。疗程12周,主要观察两组间中医证候、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)以及血肌酐(Scr)和血尿素氮(BUN)的变化。结果:在治疗总有效率方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);两组24 h Upro均显著下降(P<0.01),观察组的降幅更大(P<0.05);血清BUN、Scr均有所降低,肾小球滤过率显著升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,Scr及eGFR改善情况观察组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:加味玉屏风散联合穴位埋线治疗可明显减少脾肾气虚型CGN患者的蛋白尿,对肾功能有一定的保护作用。
Objective:Modified Yupingfeng Powder and acupoint catgut embedding on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:Selected 60 chronic glomerulonephritis patients,all of them are spleen and kidney qi.All the patients were treated with Chinese(modified Yupingfeng Powder)and Western medicine,then half of them add acupoint catgut embedding therapy.Observation for 12 weeks.Results:In the end,The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.01);24 h Upro decreased significantly in both groups,and the decline was even greater in the observation group;Serum BUN and Scr were decreased and glomerular filtration rate was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Yupingfeng Powder and catgut implantation at acupoints can reduce urinary protein,protecting the kidney and delaying the progress of chronic kidney disease.
