摘要
为了明确画眉草(Eragrostis pilosa)对不同类型和浓度盐溶液的耐受能力,以4种单盐(NaCl、KCl、Na_(2)SO_(4)、NaHCO_(3)),并设置10、25、50、100、200 mmol/L盐浓度梯度以及0.05%、0.15%、0.30%、0.60%和1.20%混合盐浓度梯度对画眉草进行盐胁迫处理,分析画眉草种子在受到盐胁迫时萌发阶段发芽势、发芽率、简易活力指数、发芽指数以及在幼苗生长阶段的株高、根长以及地上部干鲜重,通过主成分分析及隶属函数分析对不同盐胁迫下画眉草的耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明,不同类型的单盐胁迫对画眉草种子发芽势的影响较大,超过了对发芽率的影响,其中NaHCO_(3)的抑制作用最明显。低浓度的Na_(2)SO_(4)和混合盐胁迫可以提高画眉草种子的发芽指数和简易活力指数。主成分分析表明,发芽率、发芽指数、简易活力指数及根长是评价画眉草耐盐性的主要指标。此外,隶属函数值排序表明,低浓度的单盐(NaCl、KCl、Na_(2)SO_(4))和混合盐溶液对画眉草种子萌发和幼苗生长表现出一定的促进作用,而画眉草对NaHCO_(3)的耐受能力最低,对碱性盐NaHCO_(3)胁迫最为敏感。
In order to determine the tolerance ability of Eragrostis pilosa response to different types and concentrations of salt solutions,Eragrostis pilosa was treated with four kinds of single salts(NaCl,KCl,Na_(2)SO_(4),NaHCO_(3))at different concentration of 10,25,50,100,and 200 mmol/L and compound salt solutions with 0.05%,0.15%,0.30%,0.60%and 1.20%concentration.The germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index,plant height,root length and dry and fresh weight of aboveground of Eragrostis pilosa seeds at germination and seedling growth stage under different salt stress were analyzed.The salt tolerance of Eragrostis pilosa under different salt stresses was comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis and membership function analysis.The results showed that different types of single salt stress had a greater effect on the germination potential of the seeds than on the germination rate,among which NaHCO_(3)had the most significant inhibitory effect.Low concentration of Na_(2)SO_(4)and mixed salt stress could improve the germination index and simple vigor index of the seeds.Principal component analysis showed that the main indicators for evaluating the salt tolerance of Eragrostis pilosa were germination index,germination rate,simple vigor index,and root length.In addition,the ranking of membership function values showed that low concentrations of single salt(NaCl,KCl,Na_(2)SO_(4))and mixed salt solutions had a certain promoting effect on seed germination and seedling growth of Eragrostis pilosa,and the tolerance of Eragrostis pilosa to NaHCO_(3)was the lowest.Eragrostis pilosa was the most sensitive to alkaline salt NaHCO_(3).
