摘要
采用中国核证自愿减排量(CCER)方法核算了北京市某大型生活垃圾焚烧发电项目年均碳排放量,并通过与无填埋气回收的垃圾填埋方法比较,定量评估了生活垃圾焚烧发电措施的碳减排效应.结果表明,基准线单位垃圾碳排放量(以CO_(2)-eq计,下同)为1.041 t·t^(−1),垃圾焚烧发电单位垃圾碳排放量为0.457 t·t^(−1),泄漏排放量贡献较低,其单位垃圾碳排放量近乎0.其中,垃圾焚烧过程中CO_(2)排放是主要排放源,单位垃圾碳排放量为0.456 t·t^(−1),占总垃圾焚烧排放量的99.89%.该项目设计每年焚烧183万t垃圾,年碳减排量为106.35万t,单位垃圾碳减排量为0.581 t·t^(−1).研究结果对摸清北京市垃圾处理行业碳排放底数,实现我国“碳达峰碳中和”目标具有重要科研价值与实践意义,为探讨更为系统、完善的固体废物管理行业碳排放核算标准和政策体系提供重要理论基础.
The annual average carbon dioxide emissions were evaluated from a large-scale domestic waste incineration power generation project in Beijing using the Chinese Certified Emission Reduction(CCER)method.Compared with landfill methods without landfill gas recovery,the carbon reduction effect of this project was quantitatively assessed.The results showed that the baseline carbon emission(calculated by CO_(2)-eq,the same below)per unit of waste was 1.041 t·t^(−1).The carbon emission of waste incineration power generation unit waste was 0.457 t·t^(−1).The contribution of leakage emission was relatively low and the carbon emission per unit of waste was nearly zero.The main source of carbon emission came from waste incineration with carbon emission per unit of waste being 0.456 t·t^(−1),accounting for 99.89%of the total waste incineration emission.The annual carbon emission reduction for the project,which incinerated 1.83 million t of waste per year,was 1.0635 million t,with a carbon emission reduction per unit of waste of 0.581 t·t^(−1).The results of this case study were important for establishing the carbon emission baseline in Beijings waste management industry and achieving the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in China.It serves as a crucial theoretical foundation for the development of comprehensive and refined carbon accounting standards and policy frameworks in the solid waste management sector.
