摘要
针对工控伺服领域永磁同步电机驱动器对电源系统的需求,设计了一款多路输出单端反激式开关电源,选用电源芯片作为主控单元,重点分析了主功率电路和PWM控制电路的理论设计。通过电力性能测试验证,该电源系统运行稳定,能够满足各模块的用电需求,同时具备节能高效的特点。
To address the power supply requirements of permanent magnet synchronous motor drives in industrial servo systems,a multi-output single-ended flyback switching power supply is designed,utilizing a power management IC as the main control unit.The theoretical design of the main power circuit and PWM control circuit is thoroughly analyzed.The power performance test verified that the power supply system operates stably,meets the power requirements of all modules,and demonstrates energy-efficient and high-performance characteristics.
