摘要
研究了SAP掺量及额外水用量对自密实混凝土工作性、抗压强度、长期收缩性能的影响,并建立了自密实混凝土收缩预测模型。结果表明:随着SAP掺量及额外水用量的增加,自密实混凝土的工作性提高,7 d抗压强度基本降低,60 d抗压强度先增加后降低,收缩值降低;所建立的自密实混凝土收缩预测模型拟合程度较好,R2均大于0.9,可以有效预测自密实混凝土的收缩。
The influence of SAP dosage and additional water dosage on the workability,compressive strength and long-term shrinkage performance of self-compacting concrete was studied,and a shrinkage prediction model for self-compacting concrete was proposed.The results show that with the increase of SAP dosage and additional water dosage,the workability of self-compacting concrete increases,the compressive strength basically decreases at 7 d,but increases first and then decreases at 60 d,and shrinkage value decreases.The developed shrinkage prediction model for self-compacting concrete is well fitted with R2 greater than 0.9,indicating a good fit and effective prediction of the shrinkage of self-compacting concrete.
