摘要
结合CrossFit训练的特点与篮球专项体能素质的要求,设计了单元日、二元日和三元日3种CrossFit训练模式.随后将某警校篮球队的30名运动员随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在常规篮球技战术训练的基础上加入CrossFit训练,而对照组则单纯参与常规体能训练.结果表明,经过12周的训练后,实验组的体能素质显著提升,尤其在耐力、爆发力、最大力量、灵敏性和快速反应等多个指标上均优于对照组.经过CrossFit训练后,警校青少年男子篮球运动员的身体素质明显提升.
Three models of CrossFit training programs,including single-day,dual-day,and tri-day formats are designed,based on the characteristics of CrossFit training and the specific physical fitness requirements for basketball.A 12-week experimental study is conducted,involving 30 players from a police academy basketball team,who are randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group supplements their regular technical and tactical basketball training with CrossFit training,while the control group engages solely in conventional physical training.The results indicate that after 12 weeks of training,the experimental group showed significant improvements in various aspects of physical fitness,particularly in endurance,explosive strength,maximum strength,agility,and quick response times,all of which were superior to those of the control group.After CrossFit training,the physical quality of young male basketball players in the police academy has been significantly improved.
