摘要
目的分析山东省0~6岁儿童首剂肺炎球菌疫苗接种率趋势。方法通过山东省预防接种信息系统收集2014-2023年0~6岁儿童首剂肺炎球菌疫苗接种数据,利用Joinpoint回归模型分析接种率年度变化百分比(Annual percent change,APC)和平均年度变化百分比(Average annual percent change,AAPC)。结果2014-2023年山东省0~6岁儿童首剂肺炎球菌疫苗接种率在2.00%~6.97%之间,AAPC为7.78%,接种率转折点为2017年,2014-2017年、2017-2023年APC分别为-12.06%、19.32%。0~1岁儿童接种率在0.00%~17.52%之间,AAPC为113.72%,转折点为2021年,2014-2021年、2021-2023年APC分别为153.56%、17.49%。2~3岁儿童接种率在6.53%~14.12%之间,AAPC为-2.08%,转折点为2017年,2014-2017年、2017-2023年APC分别为-18.52%、7.35%。4~6岁儿童接种率在0.44%~2.39%之间,AAPC为14.22%%,无转折点,2014-2023年APC为14.22%。结论2014-2023年山东省0~6岁儿童首剂肺炎球菌疫苗接种率呈上升趋势,以0~1岁儿童上升明显;仍需加强家长肺炎球菌性疾病和疫苗相关知识健康教育,进一步提高儿童接种率。
Objective To analyze trends in initiation of pneumococcal vaccination of children O-6 years of age in Shandong province.Methods We obtained data on vaccination with the first dose of pneumococcal vaccine in 0-6-year-old children during 2014-2023 from the Shandong Immunization Information System.We used a Joinpoint regression model to calculate the annual percent change(APC)and average annual percent change(AAPC)of pneumococcal vaccine initiation.Results First-dose pneumococcal vaccine coverage ranged from 2.00%to 6.97%during the study period,with an AAPC of 7.78%.There was a turning point in 2017,as the APC was-12.06%during 2014-2017 and 19.32%during 2017-2023.Among 0-1-year-olds,dose-one coverage ranged from 0.00%to 17.52%,with an AAPC of 113.72%;a turning point was in 2021,as the APC was 153.56%during 2014-2021 and 17.49%during 2021-2023.Among 2-3-year-olds,dose-0one coverage ranged from 6.53%to 14.12%,with an AAPC of-2.08%;a turning point was in 2017,as the APC was-18.52%during 2014-2017 and 7.35%during 2017-2023.Among 4-6-year-olds,dose-one coverage ranged from 0.44%to 2.39%,with an AAPC of 14.22%;no turning point was found,as the APC was 14.22%during the entire study period.Conclusions First-dose pneumococcal vaccine coverage among children O-6 years of age in Shandong province trended upward during 2014-2023,especially among 0-1-year-olds.We should further enhance health education for parents about pneumococcal disease and vaccines in an effort to increase pneumococcal vaccination of young children.
