靶向吸收电力设备有调噪声的声学超构材料设计与实验研究

摘要 变压器等电力设备工作频率为50 Hz,其通过铁心振动辐射的噪声声能以100 Hz及其谐波频率为主。在厚度受限的情况下,传统吸声材料在上述低频处难以达到理想的吸声效果。为高效吸收电力设备辐射的噪声,该文提出了一种空间卷曲型声学超构材料,通过引入通道长度分别为680 mm和320 mm、厚度分别为30 mm和20 mm、宽度分别为13.2 mm和13 mm的2个直角回旋式迷宫通道,实现对100 Hz和200 Hz噪声的准完美吸声,仿真结果表明其吸声系数分别可达0.91和0.99。通过实验验证了理论和仿真模型的准确性。将两种吸声单元两两组合,在平面上拓扑排列,可同时高效吸收100 Hz和200 Hz噪声。该超构材料可广泛应用于变电站或变配电间吸声等场合,有效降低室内低频噪声污染。 The operating frequency of electrical equipment such as transformers is 50 Hz,and the sound energy radiated through the core vibration concentrates on 100 Hz and its harmonics.Under the limitation of thickness,the traditional resonant acoustic structure is difficult to achieve an ideal absorption coefficient at low frequency above.In this study,a coiled-up acoustic metamaterial is proposed to achieve quasi-perfect sound absorption for 100 Hz and 200 Hz noise by introducing two right-angle gyratory labyrinth channels with the channel lengths of 680 mm and 320 mm,the thicknesses of 30 mm and 20 mm,and the widths of 13.2 mm and 13 mm,respectively.Simulation results show that the absorption coefficients of these two kinds of sound absorption units are 0.91 and 0.99,respectively.The accuracy of theoretical and simulated models was verified by an experiment.At the same time,these two kinds of sound-absorbing units can be combined in pairs and further topologically arranged in plane to effectively absorb noise of 2 frequencies.The achievements of this study can be widely used in the sound absorption of transformer substations and power transformation and distribution rooms to effectively reduce low-frequency noise pollution.
