摘要
为了提升涤纶短纤维后处理热定型过程中十八辊热定型设备的能源利用效率,解决设备温控问题以确保产品质量并降低生产成本,对蒸汽加热系统进行了深入分析,针对凝结水排放管、背压调节阀以及辊筒进出气,开展了相应的技术改造。监测试验表明,该技术方案有效保证了生产效率和产品质量,实现了能源节约,具有理论可行性和实际有效性。
To enhance the energy utilization efficiency of the eighteen-roller heat-setting equipment during the post-treatment heat-setting process of polyester staple fibers,address temperature control issues to ensure product quality,and reduce production costs,an in-depth analysis of the steam heating system was conducted.Technical modifications were implemented on the condensate drain pipe,backpressure regulating valve,and the air intake and exhaust of the roller.The experimental results demonstrated that this technical solution effectively ensured production efficiency and product quality while achieving energy conservation.The proposed approach was proved to be theoretically feasible and practically effective.
